The Miagao Church also known as the Sto. Tomas de Villanueva Parish Church is a Roman Catholic church located in Miagao, Iloilo, Philippines. [Source: Wikipedia ] Miagao Church is 15-20 minutes away from Garin Farm Pilgrimage Resort. It was just a quick stop when went there because we need to get to our next destination for late lunch. Worth the stopover. Miagao Church is one of the oldest heritage protected churches in Iloilo Province. Built by hand with eggs as the binding agent and rocks that give that ultimate grandeur. When you visit Iloilo, other than its excellent beaches, heritage protected churches are the must visit destinations. Although this is purely Catholic culture, people from another sect visit them because of its history and architecture. Vintage and nostalgic at the same time. Hong Kong is a small country but it has a well-planned urban living architecture and transportation system. Their modernized transportation system and a well organized traffic makes Hong Kong tourist friendly for first time travelers and visitors like me.

This is Day 3 of our Hong Kong Trip, and we went to the Big Buddha at Ngong Ping Village. We are suppose to be exploring Macau, but due to lack of research, we missed that it's a holiday in Hong Kong and majority of the locals are heading to Macau for a short vacation. We arrived at the Port at around 10 in the morning, and a huge number of locals greeted us. We haven;t booked any tickets prior to arriving Hong Kong, when we checked we could no longer get a ticket enough for a day trip in Macau. So we decided to just skip it and visit the Big Buddha instead. 

We visited the Charter House Causeway Bay Hotel during our trip to Hong Kong. This hotel is one of the options we were looking into when we were looking for a suitable accommodation in Hong Kong. The Charter House Causeway Bay Hotel is a 4-star Hotel conveniently located at Wanchai Road Causeway Bay. It is a classic hotel with comprehensive facilities, comfortable environment, and vibrant lifestyle. It is a favorite choice of stay whether you are traveling for business or a vacation.

Dragon Center Mall is one of the must visit Malls in Sham Shui Po Kowloon, Hong Kong. Pinay Travelista couldn't stop herself from getting excited when she knew we are visiting Dragon Center Mall. Her eyes goes teary eyed by the thought of Dragon Center. Her excitement gives me that giddy fee,ling too. I don't know what to expect at the mall but I'm looking forward for that visit, I prepared physically, emotionally and of course financially. haha 

Mini Studios are accommodations for (2) two available for long-staying tourists.The standard room has 8 sqm floor area and available for rent for 5,000 HKD per month. It is located at Stanley Hong Kong which is quite far from the City Center. A lot of foreigners or tourist would prefer booking here if they plan to stay for at least a month to a year in Hong Kong.

SOLO Specialty stores When we arrived in our hotel in Hong Kong we noticed this cute spaces with very unique stuff in store for sale. They are like those äbubot shops in the Philippines. They are like stall shops that houses local businessmen with elegant, unique and local products. SOLO is a very nice concept by ETON Properties which encourages local Hong Kongnese to put up and start a business. SOLO buildings encourages creativity and entrepreneurship.

Mini Hotel Causeway Bay is located at 8 Sun Wui Road, Causeway bay Hong Kong Island, Hong Kong. It is located nearest to almost everything. The hotel is just few blocks away from the famous brands and Time Square. The biggest apple store in Hong Kong is just walking distance from the hotel. Definitely a smart choice for travelers.

Hong Kong has been listed as one of my to-do list for this year. Year 2016 is a year of travel for me. It started with my overseas travel in Singapore with my missionary sister and then domestic travels, lots of it came along the way unplanned. This Hong Kong trip is a 5 days birthday escapade with Pinay Travelista and Travel Jams.

I feel so honored being one of the travel bloggers permitted or should I say chosen to attend the recent Hudyaka Zanorte 2012 in Dipolog City last June 7 to 9, 2012 with 6 other Pinoy Travel Bloggers.  I arrived around 6:30 pm of June 6, 2012 at Brgy Minaog Dipolog City with Jam and Lisa Marie. As per instructions from the coordinator "Aleksi" (yeah that's really his really name) we stopped at the Isuzu Display Center across the Shell Station, beside that is Restreto Inn, which became our home for 4 days.
