It is located at Stanley Hong Kong which is quite far from the City Center. A lot of foreigners or tourist would prefer booking here if they plan to stay for at least a month to a year in Hong Kong.

This property is owned by ETON Properties. Mini Studios have 90% occupancy rate, and according to its manager, the reason why it's not being occupied is that it is being renovated. If all rooms are available, they have 100% occupancy. It has 2 buildings, and each building has 100 rooms.

  2. Green minibus no. 40 to & from Stanley Market and Jardine's Bazaar at Causeway Bay 24-hours daily availability including public holidays; 8 - 10 mins frequency during the day time; but lower rate after midnight(Cost is less than HKD 15 one way)You can enjoy a scenic ride during the day time!
  3. Bus 973 from Tsim Sha Tsui -Mody Road Bus Terminus or Canton Road outside Silvercord Centre
