CAMIGUIN | The hidden beauty of Tuasan Falls
Tuasan Falls is one of the new found waterfalls in Camiguin Island. It's gaining popularity lately because of its accessibility. It is located where the connecting access road from Catarman to Mambajao is.
It doesn't have entrance fee as of this writing. You just have to register as a visitor in the entrance area. No tables and chairs if you're planning to go picnic, you can make use of the available rocks. Last June 2015, I came here with my relatives during our family reunion. It was summer so there were a lot of people swimming and a bit chaotic.
You can choose to swim in it or just take lovely photos like we did. It was quiet late in the afternoon already and we are already a bit tired when we arrive here so we chose to just take some photos and appreciate God's wonderful creation in front of us.
There are free changing rooms available outside. They also have a huge parking area and some pasalubong stores. Tour agencies and their packages already includes Tuasan Falls as one of their destination. If you are doing DIY you can just simply tell the driver of your multicab or the habal-habal driver to pass you at Tuasan Falls after swimming Sto. Nino Cold Spring and Soda Spring.
