Singapore is one of the most expensive destinations in Asia. If you ask Filipinos living in Singapore, they'd probably tell you to prepare a good amount if you are visiting Singapore. The cost of living in Singapore is high compared to other Asian Countries. If you have at least 15,000 pesos for a 3-day trip, you will surely survive Singapore. If you're staying Singapore for 3 days better get the Tourist pass EZLink card (unlimited rides for 3 days) for easy transport from one place to the other. Cost: SGD 20.00  2. You might have heard or read about scary offload stories of tourists who wish to travel outside the country being of loaded or couldn't get pass through the immigration officer . I heard and read them too. Some people end up not grabbing that opportunity of traveling outside the country because of such stories. 

When I'm going to a place, I always make sure to have an itinerary, have a list of what I can do during my stay, accommodation options, places to visit and where to eat. However, sometimes when I'm travelling in a group, I try to let others lead and just follow whatever the group agreed upon. However, there are times or most of the time, we don't really agree with each other. Lately, I travel often with my family. It's either I'm with a member of the family or with the whole clan. And because of that, I would let the elders decide for the group. Now my parents are not really biggy with planning things ahead. And we all end up with frustrations, confusions and misunderstandings. Our temper goes out of hand, which ruins the family vacation experience. Trust me, it happens million times.

As a blogger, we always have that urge to update status messages, post blog updates and upload pictures immediately or as it happen. Thus staying connected online is one of our obsessions (ganon!?). Free Wifi's may not always be available, not to mention Starbucks no longer provide it free (tsk!) and going to an Internet Cafe might be an issue. So always bring a USB Broadband Dangle with you.

Many would find it odd, but I believe having a water resistant watch is important. Most specially when you are traveling. You can't predict the weather to be fair all the time, and when the weather starts it's tantrums getting wet while on the go is very possible. Just make sure that it'll match all the outfit you prepared for the trip. Advantages : 1. You don't have to remove it while taking a swim at the pool or at the beach. Disadvantage : 1. It might not be suitable or come handy with your evening dress. (hihi)

My Purple Umbrella  As much as possible I will never leave the house without my umbrella. And yes it's obviously purple hehe. This is a must have during travels most specially in tropical countries like the Philippines. Because you'll never know when will the next rainfall be. Don't act like a super girl (may tatamaan neto.. alam ko... hehehe peace tayo!), invincible from coughs or colds because human as we are, our immune systems at some point are weak. And you can't afford to be sick most specially when you're on the road. So always bring an umbrella with you.
