The Papal Visit Experience

The family was blessed to be part of the Meeting with the Families at SM MOA Arena last January 2015. 


At the MOA Arena:

We waited for almost 5 hours for Pope's arrival at the Arena. Everyone was excited. The moment he arrives, I was literally in tears. It was like there's a sudden peace in your heart. 









Papal's departure:

We waited along Roxas Boulevard where a sea of people are also waiting for the Pope to pass by. People from all walks of life was there waiting patiently. We feel that the experience won't be complete without seeing him up close. And the wait was all worth it. 

Despite having to walk along Roxas Boulevard with no transportation, everyone walked so happy. I know that there are people not happy with such situation but I believe for once every one in this country was one with us. I see people from other Sects and religions joined us in welcoming the Pope. There maybe complaints due to traffic and no phone signals but it's just tolerable (I think). 


We stayed at one of the Family rooms of CROSSWIND OCEAN HOTEL for 5 days.
